Environment

  • Package version(s): @blueprintjs/select 3.2.1
  • Browser and OS versions: Chrome 70.0.3538.77

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open omnibar
  2. Use up/down arrows

Actual behavior

The up/down arrows don't navigate the selection

The up/down arrows DO navigate the selection

Possible solution

I'll submit a PR
