Sorry for the delay. It took me a little bit of time to set up a VM with cgroups v2. I did some testing. It worked great. Merging in. |

Make memory calculator work with both cgroups v1 and v2
Use Cases
Docker 20.10 and containerd 1.4 implements cgroups v2. The memory limit file location has been moved to a new location eg /sys/fs/cgroup/memory/memory.limit_in_bytes -> /sys/fs/cgroup/memory.max
