[Web] Rename groups

Description

User Stories

• As an admin I want to rename groups so that I don't need to delete and recreate groups when I had a typo.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add right sidebar Panel "Edit Group" (like user-edit panel)

• Header:

  • Group Initials
  • Group Name
  • Member Count

• Form to rename the group

• (not part of this story: list with all group members, add / remove members )

• Add Quickation "Edit"

• Add Context Menu "Edit"
