Refresh file list row after upload into subfolder #28873

Steps

  1. Create a folder "test"
  2. Drag and drop a file from a file manager (outside the browser) onto the folder in question
  3. Watch and wait

Expected result

At the end, the row gets refreshed and the size of the folder increased.

Actual result

Size did not increase, needs page refresh.

Versions

stable10 + fix from #28692.
It is likely that this problem already existed before when we moved to Webdav.
