containers:
- list containers
  - rename containers
  - delete containers
  - create containers
- list open tabs in container
  - open new tabs in container
  - close tabs
  - don't support reopening, as it's deleting and creating a tab anyway
- edit reopen rules
  - site assignments 'always open this site (subdomain) in this container'
  - confirmation, 'remember my decision, and really open it in the assigned container'
tabs:
- the container it's currently open in
- site assignment
