DES Installation Instruction Missing

I'm trying to run a simulation for DES/Geothermal Heat Pump, but was not able to generate the sys_param.json file using uo des_params -y ghe_param.json --scenario baseline_scenario.csv --feature example_project_with_ghe.json, i.e. the command went through but no sys_param.json file was created.
Looks like the link for "Installing and configurating the Modelica Buildings Library (MBL)" and "Installing and configuring Docker to run simulations using OpenModelica" is missing on this page, https://docs.urbanopt.net/installation/des_installation.html.
Can you please point me to the correct webpages for these two steps?
