Integration of iCubCluster in yarpmanager

As many requested, robotology/yarp#1306 integrated iCubCluster in yarpmanager 🚀
It is already available on yarp devel branch, and it will be available in yarp v2.3.72.

icub-main and cer devel branches have been already updated to install the cluster-config.xml in the yarpmanager context.

Now, directly from yarpmanager you can:

• Check, run and stop yarpserver(with or without --ros option).
• Check, run and stop yarprun on the machines of your cluster.
• Execute a command you wish via SSH, on the machines you selected.

Quick troubleshooting

• ⚠️ If you don't see the cluster panel check that cluster-config.xml is correctly inside the yarpmanager context.
• ⚠️ Make sure that ALL the machines in your setup have yarp on devel, up-to-date.
