resetField() and reset()

I have a complex field array form. and resetField() is not functioning properly after reset() is called but for adding new Item it works perfectly fine.

Form types:

For editing and cloning I am resetting the form like this below:

since dataField options is dependent on another field dataSource so I am resetting the form if the dataSource changes

above code works perfectly fine when creating the item but not for editing and cloning.
