How to compose a message with attachment?

I successfully created an .eml into Drafts with my preferred editor. A wonderful experience!

But I need to add an attachment to the mail, however himalaya attachement — contrary to my naive expectation — only has facilities for downloading attachments.

Is something planned & how to go about this in the meantime - since this is a critical feature (of me) of mail usage?

The answer resides in pimalaya/himalaya#531 and in the FAQ section of the README. To summarize, you just need to add the following inside you email message:

Yes exactly, it's what I also proposed in my comment. It makes a lot of sense.
