Hi Experts,
In a Thread network, are all router devices in a Link-Local Scope? Or are only neighboring devices in link-local scope?
If a router sends an Advertisement packet to the ff02::1 address, can all routers receive it even if they are not neighboring nodes? Will Advertisement packets be forwarded?
