[FE] Night light - enter fixed coordinates rather than to get them automatically

Used to do this with redshift, works perfectly for my city.
I entered them into org.cinnamon.settings-daemon.plugins.color, but they were reset after some time.

The problem here is, the automatic location is not good enough, so switching to night mode is deferred for nearly one hour.
