Extend RBAC to Include Teams and Refine Permissions for Prompt Management

Currently, the RBAC implementation in Langfuse could be enhanced to better support prompt management and access control. ( Or perhaps it is due to my lack of information on the notion of 'project')

We propose extending the current RBAC system to include the concept of "teams" and refining permission controls for creating, reading, and managing prompts. This would allow:

• Defining teams as a collection of users and associated prompt versions.
• Assigning specific read, write, or create permissions at the prompt or team level.
• Supporting users being part of multiple teams.
• Enabling prompts (and their versions) to belong to multiple teams.

This enhancement would significantly improve collaboration, prompt organization, and secure access management.
