Rails 8+ to Github Issues

Hello,
I have an app running on my own machine.
Locally it's running fine, there's no problems.

When I publish to github repository I getting these errors:

From ci.yml these errors :

scan_ruby
scan_js
lint
test

I have tried to fix these errors, but not successful.

Gem and Gem.Lock and workflow are updated.

Do you have suggestions to how I fix these issues?
