Unable to export changes after 100% usage

I left my codespace running accidentally and forgot to sync changes (I did commit) and my quota got exhausted.
I tried the "Export changes to a branch" but it just gets stuck on exporting, This has been a issue since 2023 https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/50684 and still not fixed. I tried contacting support but no one is responding, One of the previous issues suggested using github cli to export but that also does not work. Is there another way to export changes? I can't wait till 11 (When it resets)
