Personal server makes me crash when i log in

I can not load into my personal server. it crashes with exit code -1. what is making it do that? LOG

Theres no error, but it looks like some issue with your microphone or voice chat timing out?

That's during the disconnect which occurs in response to whatever the real error is (which is not shown in the log).

Maybe this error is eating/masking the real error message. So getting it fixed would reveal the real problem?
