Make Latest Inscriptions more interesting

Currently, there are a bunch of boring text inscriptions on the front page most of the time. These are boring to look at and we should make it more interesting. Some ideas:

• Display random inscriptions
• Display inscriptions in the latest block, but sorted by size, so the big ones appear first

I'd love this. Slight variation on sorting by size would be to sort by total fee paid in block - will normally be closely correlated, but would provide a way to be listed higher up by overpaying miner.
