Setup a reference dataset

We need to add minimal reference data set to illustrate COA features (it is going to be a part of living documentation #107)

A reference data set is composed by :

• a template repository (like Paas Template)
• a config repository

Reference data set content

prereq: to be able to run the dataset, a running concourse instance is required. And #113 should be done.

bosh hello world

prereq: a bosh director (bosh create-env cpi)

COA asserts:

• bosh deployment exists (prereq bosh director)
• produced concourse pipeline
• can execute in concourse
• includes expected snipnets / matches reference data (golden master)

TF hello word

prereq: TF resource used by hello world (e.g. directory resource)

CF app hello word

prereq: a CF instance (eg. PWS or CF-dev)

credhub hello world (e.g. credhub +UAA docker image)
