Oracle JET, open source?

I notice that the oraclejet repository has a 'dist' folder, but no 'src' folder. Further, rather than having a node_module directory for devleopment all the packages are in the repository within the 'lib' folder.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this seems to indicate this is the output of packaging or bundling the distribution rather than the folder structure used by project developers.

How does one bug contribute to the Oracle JET "open source" project without access to the actual development code?
