定位到问题在 git-url-parse 中依赖了 normalize-url 不兼容 safari 的版本（该问题在 7.0.1 中才进行了修复 d51cb5 ）

替换库成本较高，考虑到 safari 用户较少，暂时先等待库作者进行相关修复 IonicaBizau/git-url-parse#130

兼容了一下，直接移除了相关依赖
