Add a toaster message when the user taps on the contact FINALIZE button when it's greyed out

The FINALIZE button is greyed out when there are still required fields to respond to in the contact visit, but this may not be very obvious to a new user, so the suggestion is to add a toaster message that tells the user the reason why the button is greyed out and cannot be tapped at the moment.

The toaster text could be "Please answer all required fields before finalizing the contact." or something like that.
