[BUG] Data source selector/selectable/multi selectable doesn't truncate long data source names in the drop down

Describe the bug
when having a very long option inside data source selector component, the default icon is gone and the default behavior to truncate the text is gone

Expected behavior
We should truncate the text and show default icon for the default data source
