An issue of the JS Scripting binding (openhab/openhab-addons#12479) revealed, that there is no dependency listener/tracker for UI scripts but is needed. Otherwise, automation add-ons like JS Scripting can not track the dependencies of a script for changes and reload e.g. when a npm package is updated.
