I am trying to access http://www.openframeworks.cc/setup/setup/codeblocks but I am still unable to. Help

oh... yeah, it's here:

it's wrong. I'll fix it...

actually, the develop branch has a fix for it already in docs/codeblocks.md (big ups to @LeoColomb)

Thanks for hunting this down, Thiago. In fact, the develop branch still had the wrong link but I just fixed it. Closing.
