Current progress with this: @ehuthmacher has convened a meeting of all the partners for next week, where we will be discussing this topic. This is step 1 of the plan from the proposal at https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMM/pages/4517134415/Open+edX+Partners+As+Maintainers#Timeline-%26-Assignment - then based on that outcome, we will formulate a proposal.

A second meeting has happened last week, and we are currently reviewing https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMM/pages/4704075777/Partners+as+Maintainers+-+Proposals as an outcome of the discussions, before voting.

Update: the list of proposals to vote on has been polished and turned into a ranked voting survey by @ehuthmacher, which is currently being voted on by the partner representatives. The vote will close on February 20th - it should be interesting to see the results! Then the outcome of that vote will be reviewed by Axim and the TOC, to iterate over the partners agreement.
