When I click on a collection tile, the sidebar should open with the Details tab by default

Currently, when I click on a Collections tile, the sidebar opens by default to the manage tab. It makes more sense to open to the details tab, since this tab contains the description and overview of the collection.

Do you think it also makes sense to change the tab order on the Component sidebar so that "Details" is before "Manage" to make it consistent?
