Determine if Automatic Emails are an Open edX Feature and adjust doc accordingly

This doc speaks to Automatically Sent Emails: https://docs.openedx.org/en/latest/educators/references/communication/automatic_email.html

However, it looks like edx.org-specific messaging and functionality. It is possible that all edx.org references where changed to Open edX without actually checking if Open edX has this feature.

Once discovery is completed, this doc should be updated to reflect Open edX functionality.
