Solve the visualization problem in the notebook for visualization with oawidgets package

For 3D visualization, using k3d in oawidgets does not allow the representation of runners.
It seems that this comes from curve2D used to represent runners.
For 2D visualization, the use of the oawidget package does not work. The problem comes from the Inflorescence and Leaves objects which are made up of Group Groups. It seems that k3d in oawidget does not manage groups of groups.
