Extend node extraction on branch crown with different variables:

  • on the tree (all apparents axis from trunks):
    • length of the tree
    • nb of modules
    • order of modules
    • rank index of the tree
    • branching type of the tree
    • number of complete /incomplete module
  • on the axis (for all module along branch crown):
    • length of the axis
    • order of the axis
    • branching type of the axis
    • incomplete or complete module
