Confirm this is a feature request for the Python library and not the underlying OpenAI API.

Describe the feature or improvement you're requesting

from openai import AzureOpenAI
azure_endpoint,api_key,api_version api_version is beign mandatory make it optional and if some argument like latest is passed it should show automatically pick the latest version
