Support new OCF format schemas and translators

In the dev branch of the http://github.com/opent2t/translators repo we have initiated a major refactor of how schemas and translators look.

We need to update this generator to support this new format and generate useful stubs that developers can use to start their own translators.

Also reference openT2T/translators#76 and make sure that is addressed. In general, make sure the package.json generated here matches all the other translators that were hand created as much as possible.
