Feature: Adding scrolling behaviour to searchbar of Checker Inbox fragment

Summary:
As user scroll through the items of Checker Inbox Fragment it is noticable that searchbar appears though user wants it or not , also some extra white space is visble to user between searchbox and recyclerview. Better is to apply scrolling behaviour to it so it hides when not needed.

Steps to reproduce:
1 Go to Checker Inbox & Tasks from Navigation
2 Select Checker Inbox option
3 Scroll through items

Expected behaviour:
Search bar should hide on scrolling
