Summary:

Disburment datepicker in Loan Account fragment has max date as present time ( opening time ). So as per disburment purpose it should have today or opening time as minimum day.

Steps to reproduce:

1 Open Client details
2 Open menu and select Add Loan Account
3 Set Disburment date

Expected behaviour:

Minimum date should be set as opening time.

I am not able to exactly get this issue, @PatelVatsaalB21 can you explain in detail please what is it about?

@danishjamal104 Disbursement time is repayment time, but max repayment time in datepicker is set as current time which is not possible or else whats point of giving loan with instant repayment.
