Cannot provision initial superuser via helm chart

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems you cannot provision the initial superuser via the helm chart.

The chart gives no way to provide extra env arguments, which makes configuring the superuser via env var not possible. Nor is there a dedicated value.

If this is true, I'm willing to make a PR for this.
