update unit test documentation according to #1360 #1362

#1360 has been addressed and merged (#1361).
I noticed a small update to be done in the documentation of the unit testing framework (https://github.com/open-ideas/IDEAS/tree/master/IDEAS/Resources/Scripts/tests). This issue is to address that update.

@louisher , do you see other updates in this readme file? IDEAS/Resources/Scripts/tests/README.md
