The core styles for the language input cause some bleed-over into other places outside the resource forms... CSV Import is where I've noticed it and may be the only place. The obvious visible result is a missing border around the input.
We should either change the core's styling to be more specific to the input's context on the resource forms (I believe it has a wrapper containing the input alongside the icon for opening it, and just specifying that as the parent may be enough of a change), or change other uses like CSV Import's to use a different class.
