I hope it's ok to post it as an issue. I really appreciate you sharing this design. It's awesome!
One thing I thought might be useful is adding more info in the README.md. What I mean is all of the necessary info about sending those boards to production, like: amount of copper layers, PCB dimensions, preferred hole sizes. Maybe you can come up with other things to put in there.
My experience with designing and sending boards to production is pretty small. I imagine some people with no prior experience might want to make their own keyboard. You probably have a lot of knowledge which you can just dump in the README file, that could help some people.
I also think it's ok for you to just assume people should put in some work, learn and figure stuff on their own. Feel free to just close this issue.

I have ordered the pcbs from jlcpcb some time ago and I did not have to specify any other parameters to those already read from the kicad files. From the order, I can see that the board dimensions are 228 x 114mm.
I could provide you with some other measurements if you are still interested (but cannot guarantee how useful those will be as I'm also not that experienced with production).
