Description:
The current User Management page follows an older design pattern. It needs to be updated to align with the new design firm’s guidelines to ensure consistency across the application.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Users page.
2. Observe the design elements, particularly the Badge component and the overall layout.

Expected Behavior:
The design should be updated according to the new design firm’s guidelines. This includes updating UI elements like the Badge component, typography, spacing, and borders to match the new design specifications.

Regardless get it assigned first 👍

And the design is from before all the recent changes. Just upgrade the elements to shadcn 👍 Don't add additional elements (those were removed with recent changes).
