User search not working

Describe the bug
When searching for a user, the selected user does not appear in the search results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Users" Tab
2. Use the search bar to search for a specific user.
3. The selected user does not appear in the search results.

Expected behavior
When searching for a user, the selected user should appear in the search results.

Hey Team, I have recently work on redesign of User Management System in this PR #9954 and it is solved in that.
