Describe the bug

  • Currently, the uploaded consents are visible in the bottom of the overview section and consent records.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Remove the file preview of consent records from the overview section of patient consultation page
