APL/BPL for patients

It is relevant to understand if a patient registered in CARE is Above or below Poverty Line (APL/BPL)

Describe the solution you'd like

• In patient registration form, (https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/997c7f30-8e2f-4d62-8b58-2a8771e658d6/patient), in personal details, after Occupation, add another Non-mandatory field for "Ration-card category" with dropdown and options:

• BPL

• APL

• Non-cardholder

• Make this info visible after "occupation" on patient details page (https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/0c95c7f0-e1d2-4aff-83fa-933cef60d3a8/patient/7e8fc20f-02da-47f7-8c33-f2d8c7e52dd8)

• Add the information on the discharge summary after address in demographic details

• Add advanced filter under Medico-legal for "Ration-card category"- with single select option (APL/BPL/Non-card holder)

@nihal467 When closing the issue forward a request to Neil to add the data point to patient export for state through metabase.
