Patient Notes page completely loads on adding a new note

Describe the bug
When I type a note and press Post new Note, the whole page gets replaced with the loading. Instead only show loading for the notes below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/e3311351-3ec9-4cb0-a6e1-902225ac705c/patient/96b7cb8d-81c9-434f-aeeb-4e7731a0e2ac/notes
2. Click on Add a new and click Post new note
3. See error

Only the circled part should be replaced with the loader
