Shifting- Patient expired

When status of shift in a shifting request (https://care.coronasafe.in/shifting/5e253849-ee6d-437b-aded-107d61f72ff6) is marked as "Patient Expired" the user is automatically taken to the Discharged pop-up window.

In a normal flow, the user will fill out details of death in the discharge pop-up window and discharge the patient.

However, if the user cancels the pop-up window, the patient is marked as expired in the shifting form but the patient card remains in the live list of the origin facility.

Solution:

Only save the shifting status as "Patient expired" if the user submits the details in the discharge pop-up window and discharges the patient. If the user cancels and closes the discharge pop-up window, keep the user in the shifting update form with the previous status.
