Minor UI Enhancement in Patient Details Section

Describe the bug
In the Patient Details section, the text for symptoms displays as "no_symptoms_recorded", which is inconsistent with the formatting of other sections like "No Ongoing Medications" and "No allergies recorded." Additionally, the alignment of the text appears slightly misaligned to other entries. Also the boxes seemed to little misaligned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Patient Details
2. Go to Health Profile

Expected behavior
The text for the Symptoms and Diagnoses section should be formatted similarly to other sections

@ashwinpraveengo Looks like there's already another issue/PR solving this issue, so closing it since that PR is older.
