Resource requests not related to the patient are displayed in the Requests menu in Patient Details Page

Description

In the Request menu under the patient details page, requests that do not pertain to the selected patient are being displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new patient.
2. Create an encounter for the new patient.
3. Navigate to the Patient Details Page.
4. Check the "Requests" menu — you will see requests that are not linked to the selected patient.
