[Feature request] Prebuild package and make available with Conda

I'd like to incorporate this package in my VEBA software suite (https://github.com/jolespin/veba) but my environments are already very complex in terms of installation. Adding this package to conda would make the installation process and incorporation into existing workflows much easier.

Would this be possible to add to the development queue to increase accessibility for users?

This is https://anaconda.org/bioconda/spaln, but may be not work well ( the conda version of spaln on my computer is always segment fault).
