Giphy is great, but there's a ton of gif related websites out there. It might be cool to give the user more options.

A few options:

http://replygif.net - Could use this for specific keywords, they have more defined categories.
http://imgur.com - A ton of great gifs, would need to get creative here.

There's others out there, but I can't remember. Looking for options with an API.

Brainstorming:
We could potentially route certain keywords to certain sites, or roll over to another service if nothing is found, or randomize between services. It would be really cool to have an algorithm that could find the best gif out there. Or we could simply let the user pick.

Might also want to look into using the Giphy search API instead of translate, with skipping being an option now it might make more sense to work your way through a list. Not sure if this would hurt the relevance.

Or we could have our own curated list of gifs for certain keywords, like upvote.
