John von Neumann has the magic power to upgrade chips beyond level 12. For the resistor, it even seems to get to level 20! Is this intended behaviour? It sure makes the level easy when you start with a level 20 resistor, as it is enough to create the chips as seen in the last screenshot right in wave 0.
