When morph client creates tx for notary contract invocation, it adds some extra fee for verification in proxy contract.

neofs-node/pkg/morph/client/notary.go

Line 237 in 7131e6f

notaryFee+c.notary.extraVerifyFee,

	err = c.client.AddNetworkFee(
		mainTx,
		notaryFee+c.notary.extraVerifyFee,
		c.notaryAccounts(multiaddrAccount)...,
	)

This won't be needed after nspcc-dev/neo-go#1825
