fix(js): Use correctly resolved path to tsconfig in readTsConfigWithRemappedPaths()

Current Behavior

When buildLibsFromSource: false, webpack fails to resolve custom entries in the tsconfig paths

Expected Behavior

The tsconfig paths will be correctly loaded by webpack and resolved.
