I understand why you would want to write this plugin and fully support your ability to write whatever you want with open source code. But we're also not obligated to use our platform to promote software that directly undermines one of our paid offerings.

OSS and small projects can use the official plugin for free already.

Edit: OSS projects can use all the powerpack plugins for free. Small teams can use the remote cache powerpack plugins for free.

Wait small projects can use the plugin for free? From my understanding the free was just for remote caching.

Im over the moon if its free for small companies. one of the issues and doing this was because messaging been badly. But all i can find is the following "Remote cache only licenses are available for free for small businesses with less than 30 engineers" on the website nothing about the other plugins which would be nice to include

I'm sorry. I got confused. You're right. The powerpack cache plugins are free for small teams. Code owners and conformance are still paid.
